This website is operated by Qubashi. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Qubashi. Qubashi.ie offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Conditions” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1. Price
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) which is applicable to almost all EU states. Delivery is made at an additional cost – please see our Postage & Packaging Charges page regarding these costs (which are determined by the final weight of your order) to Ireland, other EU countries and the Rest of the World. We reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice – however, this will not occur for goods already ordered and awaiting delivery.
2. Payment
Payment is accepted via Stripe and PayPal. Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received by us. Payment of your order made via Stripe and PayPal is completely secure – we don’t retain any payment information or card details. We are not responsible for any charges incurred by you from your Credit Card Company or bank in relation to the processing of any order made with us. Please note that if, for any reason payment is not authorized by your bank/credit card company, we will not be able to proceed with your order and it will be cancelled.
3. Delivery of your order
We aim to turn around any orders within 48 hours of receipt of that order (business hours) but, if this isn’t possible, we’ll email you. However, this does not include Bank Holidays or weekends. If you have requested a custom order, made to your specifications, we will inform of you the expected delivery date.
Orders should be received by you no later than 7 days after postage (within Ireland). For all other countries, this delivery time may be longer (up to 15 working days after notice of postal of your delivery). Please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@qubashi.ie and we will try to find out the approximate delivery time for your country. It should be noted that we cannot accept any responsibility for delay caused by strike (postal etc) or any Acts of God. During busy periods, ie Christmas, please allow for an additional time for posting.
Please ensure you give us a complete postal address – we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are undelivered due to the submission of an incomplete address. Please ensure that there is someone at this address that can accept delivery – we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are undelivered as there was nobody home. The customer will be responsible for meeting any further postal costs in this case.
We can post to either domestic or business addresses; if you require your delivery to be signed for, please note that this will involve an additional cost and will require someone being available at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
We cannot be held responsible for orders, for which we hold a proof of posting (a receipt from our Post Office) that, subsequently, goes missing in the mail. If an order is sent to your given address, not delivered but held in the Post/Sorting Office and not picked up, by the customer, from there, the Post Office will return said order to us. We are not responsible for any additional costs involved in sending this order on to you again – you must meet that additional postage cost yourself (you will receive a PayPal invoice for the postal charge). As the order had not been cancelled by you within the regulation 7 days, our legal requirements are considered fully met and a refund of the full purchase price is not allowable in this case.
4. Cancellation of your order
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have a 14 day cooling off period during which you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. Please contact us at contact@qubashi.ie if you wish to invoke this right.
However, as we endeavour to dispatch orders within 48 hours (working week), your order may have already been sent prior to you cancelling your order (you will have receive a dated confirmation email notifying you of this). If this is the case, please return your package unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition and we will organise a refund of your order costs (less delivery costs) within 30 days.
5. Refunds & returns
If you wish to exchange your product, please contact us at contact@qubashi.ie We will ask you to return it in an unopened, unused and re-saleable condition within 14 days of receiving your items. Costs of returning packages must be met by the customer personally. If you are not satisfied with our product or your order does not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us at contact@qubashi.ie as a matter of urgency. We will then arrange with you to either replace the goods or refund you the purchase price of the order (including any postal charges where the product is defective), whichever is your choice. We must insist all goods are returned unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition. You should request a proof of postage receipt from your Post Office.
Refunds will be made via Stripe to your bank account or Paypal. You can also cancel your order in writing (however, please note that this must be received by us within 14 days of you placing your order – please ensure that your postal system can accommodate this timeline) by writing to us. Please ensure you state your full name, address and order number on any correspondence with us so that we can quickly track your details.
6. Your Privacy
We do not sell or pass on any of our customer’s information, ie name, address, email address etc to any other parties. We loathe spam ourselves and so will not send you endless emails about special offers or other information. However, we do reverse the right to contact you regarding your order and, on occasion, may email you about our products. If you do not wish to receive any promotional material (however rare) from us, please contact us at contact@qubashi.ie and we will remove your details from our mailing list.
Statutory Rights: These Terms & Conditions of Sale do not affect your statutory rights.
Copyright Notice: We retain copyright on all materials on this website, including photographs and images, page design, text, product names and descriptions of any of our products and these may not be reproduced in whole or in part by electronic or other means without our prior written consent.
Cookies: A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Qubashi uses cookies to help identify and track visitors, their usage of qubashi.co.uk website, and their website access preferences. Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using this website, with the drawback that certain features of Qubashi’s websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
The customer, by agreeing to our Terms & Conditions at the time of placing an order, agrees that this contract is governed by the laws of Ireland and the laws of the European Union applicable therein.
